1. Terms of Service

Welcome to Release Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Release Hub is a music distribution platform that enables independent artists to upload audio content and distribute it to digital service providers (DSPs) including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, and others.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Release Hub. By creating an account, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all accounts and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

2. Content & Copyright

By uploading content to Release Hub, you confirm and legally affirm:

Strike System

Copyright violations are tracked on a three-strike system. Three confirmed strikes result in permanent account termination. Strikes may be disputed via our counter-notice process.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months.

Prices: Artist ($9.99/mo), Pro ($19.99/mo), Label ($49.99/mo). All prices are in USD. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Release Hub does not store your payment card information.

4. Royalties & Payouts

Release Hub does not take any percentage of your royalties. You keep 100% of all earnings from streaming, downloads, and YouTube ad revenue. We charge only the flat monthly subscription fee.

Royalties are paid out monthly after a minimum threshold is reached. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your royalty income in your jurisdiction.

5. Account & Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@releasehub.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect the personal information you provide when creating your account (name, email, country, payment details). We also collect usage data (pages visited, uploads made, streaming stats).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Release Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.
